Rohatsu Sit beginning 3 am Saturday!!!

Yes, that's right 3 o'clock in the A.M on Saturday, December 11th.  Not only will you be able to get in almost SIX HOURS of sitting, but we'll have some great snacks and goodies on hand to "strengthen" you and keep you going.  Please join us at the Dharma Center this Saturday, as we sit in the very wee hours in honor of Buddha's Enlightenment, some twenty five centuries, ago.  And if you so desire, bring whatever edibles, or drinkables, you'd like.  See you then!

1st and 3rd Saturdays Bookstudy resuming....on November 4th!!!

Bookstudy starting up again....Bookstudy starting up again....Bookstudy starting up again....Bookstudy starting up again.....

...Please cancel anything you were planning on doing, THIS Saturday morning, from 9:00 to 10:00 am, as we will again take up "Opening the Hand of Thought", Kosho Uchiyama's penetrating insight into "jijuyu zanmai". We will resume with Chapter 6. No previous experience with NZC bookstudies is required, in fact, you don't even have to have read the book or chapter, although it is useful if you have. Come join in arguing about the most inane topics one could imagine. Highly entertainment- the perfect balance for the calm you might have felt after zazen.

We will resume our schedule of bookstudy on the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month. Hey, tea, coffee and cookies, too! See you there, Little Bodhisattvas!
